Arbetsuppgifter

Du kommer få bygga upp, vidareutveckla och underhålla vår centrala konfigurering för samtliga PCs, samtliga kontor till att bli en modern högautomatiserad klientpattform. Vi jobbar med SCCM och andra moderna verktyg. 

Vidare få du hjälpa våra medarbetare med att lösa deras IT-relaterade problem, både högt och lågt. Här är det felsökningar och problemlösning i Microsoftmiljö, både på HQ i Stockholm och via fjärrverktyg där MFEX har etablerade kontor i olika delar av världen.

Tjänsten kommer att tillhöra infrastrukturgruppen som ansvarar för den dagliga driften och där du som person kommer att vara första kontaktperson för användarfrågor, felsökning och blir en mycket viktig del av en första klassig användarupplevelse.

Din profil
Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter och har ett har ett genuint intresse och förståelse för IT. Ett stort plus är om du har erfarenhet av applikationspaketering.

Microsoftcertifieringar inom SCCM är meriterande men inte ett krav.  Du är en positiv, förtroendeingivande och prestigelös person.

Utöver detta arbetar du på ett strukturerat sätt och gillar ordning och reda. Då du i flera fall kommer ha en direktkontakt med användaren så uttrycker du dig obehindrat på både svenska och engelska.

Client Service and Implementation Manager

We are expanding at a rapid rate internationally with both new clients and new markets. We are currently looking for a client service relationship and implementation manager to join our dynamic team and support this growth. The role will be based in our new office in the center of Paris. 

We are looking for:

A good team player with excellent communication skills, which can multi task within a flexible working environment. At least 3 years of experience in the funds or the financial services industry. 

You will:

  • - Responsible for the relationship of a selection of MFEX distributor clients.
  • - Implement new clients
  • - Communicate with various internal and external counterparties when servicing and implementing clients.
  • - Manage clients day to day. This can range from new fund openings, transfers, corporate actions, trading and rebates related questions.
  • - Participate in maintaining an excellent level of service.
  • - Follow-up with internal departments the resolution of client requests and queries.  
  • - Rebates monitoring: control of clients’ rebates statements in coordination with the rebates and finance department.

 

Qualification:

  • - 3 years of experience in client servicing and/or finance industry
  • - Be fluent in French, English and Italien.

Data Administration Internship

You will work in the Rebates Collection department. We are looking for an intern that will support the team maintaining the database in order to prepare the invoice. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update rebates database
  • Review and analyze distribution agreements
  • Prepare the portfolio review for rebate collection

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or gap year student
  • Database management skills
  • French and English fluently in speech and writing
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel
  • VBA knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of the mutual funds distribution is a plus

Developing a new customer base of distributors in particular in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
Possibly also managing relationships with a number of asset management companies.
Towards financial institutions such as retail banks, private banks and insurance companies, the candidate will be responsible for sales of an automated solution for custody and trading in funds, a rebate collecting service, and a fund information service as well as other regulatory driven range of new services
Towards asset management companies the candidate will be responsible for cross border distribution opportunities and sales of a market infrastructure for distributing funds to global financial institutions.


Qualification:

University degree preferably within business administration or economics, finance.
Fluent in Swedish and English

Back Office Specialist, in Stockholm

We at MFEX are currently looking for a Back Office Specialist to our growing team in Stockholm. The role is based at our newly-modernised Head office in the heart of Stockholm where you will work as part of a highly scalable and dynamic team of twelve.

We are looking for:
A driven person who shares a great passion for the financial products and especially mutual funds. You have worked a couple of years within the financial sector, or a relevant field, and have experience working with administrative and cross-functional tasks.

Our Back Office team works in small groups of 2-4 to service the Trading and Custody product. As a Back Office Specialist at MFEX you will mainly be responsible for a certain area but with ever fluctuating workloads throughout the department you will also be required to assist and adapt where needed. For this reason, we need to maintain a high level of knowledge across all areas and cross-training is an integral part of how we achieve this

You Will:

  • - Handle trading order flows between Distributor and Fund Company/Transfer Agent
  • - Cash management and reconciliation of client cash to support the trading flows
  • - Proactive management and booking of all Corporate Action types
  • - Execution of unit transfers between counterparts in the Nordic region, Europe and Asia
  • - Communicate with Distributors / Fund Companies (TAs) to complete essential transfer information
  • - Set up and maintain funds in MFEX database as well as accounts at the Fund Company/Transfer Agent
  • - Answer telephone and email queries to both internal customers and external Fund Companies (also included in all above jobs)

Qualifications

  • - Minimum 1-2 years of work experience related to Mutual Funds, preferably within Transfers, fund openings and/or Corporate Actions. 
  • - High PC literacy including semi-advanced skills in Excel
  • - Excellent communication skills via telephone, e-mail etc.
  • - Fluent Swedish and Business English
  • - A University degree within finance/economics is a bonus, but not a requirement.
